Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds for the following products:

  • Card Holders
  • Zipper Wallets
  • Bifold Wallets
  • Note Cases

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance offer (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at junaidkamil228@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at junaidkamil228@gmail.com.
  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
